For the last 20 years, Eleanor has been developing her expertise and skills and has come to be a trusted confidant for many people. Her warm and approachable nature, and interpersonal savvy help her cultivate a container of empathy and openness, the bedrock upon which quality coaching is built.

Through the process of guiding individuals and groups into self-discovery, healing, and personal development, she has seen amazing transformations occur on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

She possesses a great wealth of knowledge in health, wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and lifestyle medicine and is dedicated to supporting individuals in finding the tools to care for themselves and excel in their own lives. 

Eleanor believes in the great power we all hold, and she sees no limit to what the body or mind can do. She is continually inspired to share her enthusiasm with those around her and her dedication and outpouring of love are a testament to her stewardship of the human spirit. Coaching has offered her some of the most fulfilling experiences of her life.

As of August 2024, she has begun a Master of Social Work program, which will open the doors for her to expand her practice into the realm of counseling and therapy, and will offer her further expansion and expertise to continue to treat the mind, body and spirit.
